Yes. RCB Roofing is a fully licensed and insured roofing contractor, and we'll hand you our license and certificate of insurance before any work starts. We've operated under the same name since 2004, so you can verify our track record — not just take our word for it.
How long have you been in business, and are you local?
We've been roofing since 2004 — more than 20 years — from our headquarters in Marietta, Georgia. We're a local, family-owned company backed by Lowe's, not an out-of-town crew that follows storms and disappears.
What warranties do you offer — workmanship and manufacturer?
Both. Your roof is covered by the manufacturer warranty on GAF materials and by our own workmanship warranty on the installation. As a GAF Certified Plus contractor with the Silver Pledge, we can offer stronger manufacturer-backed coverage than a non-certified roofer.
Do you handle the insurance claim and work with my adjuster?
Yes. Storm and insurance work is one of our specialties. We provide a free inspection, document the damage in detail, and work directly with your insurance adjuster so the claim reflects the full scope of what your roof actually needs.
